A. Yes, we do require a renter’s liability insurance. This is offered for $10.95 a month or you can enroll in your own provider. Please contact the office for more information.
A. Yes, furry friends are welcome! They are roommates, too. Simply add your pet’s information on your application to register. There is a monthly pet rent for pet owners and breed restrictions. Please contact the office for more information.
A. To submit a work order, please go to our website or download the app to log in to your Resident Portal. You may also stop by the leasing office or reach out for assistance. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office as soon as possible.
We are a smoke-free community. Smoking within 25 feet of any of our buildings is prohibited.Â
A. Our availability is open for Fall 2026. Select your preferred move in date on our Floorplans page to view current availability and pricing. We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 18 months. Our leasing team is happy to help with any questions.
A. You’ll submit one application for the apartment and add each leaseholder’s information during the process. Once approved, both roommates will sign the same lease for the apartment. Please reach out to our leasing office if you need assistance.
A. Rent is set for the apartment as a whole, and one person will submit the full payment. Roommates can decide how they would like to split the rent between themselves.
